By using DebateLab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
DebateLab is an AI-powered debate preparation tool that provides argument generation, analysis, and coaching features.
3. Account Requirements
You may sign in with Google, email-based sign-in, or an admin-issued demo code. Demo codes provide temporary access to a designated account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Free trials last 3 days with limited requests. Pro subscriptions are $5/month plus tax, billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use DebateLab for harassment, generating harmful content, academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's policies, or any illegal purpose.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs are provided as-is without guarantees of accuracy. You are responsible for verifying facts and citations before use in competitions.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your inputs. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and educational use. DebateLab retains rights to the platform and its technology.
8. Limitation of Liability
DebateLab is provided as-is. We are not liable for competition outcomes, inaccurate AI outputs, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
